Qanun Mastery Academy — Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and participation in the Qanun Mastery Academy group mentorship program (“Program”), created and facilitated by Maya Youssef (“Facilitator,” “Maya,” or “Mentor”). By enrolling in the Program, you ("Student," "Participant," or "You") agree to the following terms.
1. What You Receive as Part of Qanun Mastery Academy
1.1 Program Duration and Access
Your access to Qanun Mastery Academy begins on the date your first payment is received—whether you pay in full or via a payment plan.
From that date, you will receive six months of structured mentorship, including:
- A 1:1 Personalized Assessment Session
- 3 Live Group Q&A Calls each month (for 6 months)
- Qanun Kickstarter Masterclass
- Next Level Technique Trainings
- Fundamentals of Practice course
- Maqam Building Block System
- Taqsim Video Tutorial Series
- Exclusive access to the private student Facebook group
- Direct access to Maya’s personal feedback and support throughout
Your access to live mentorship, Q&A calls, and community support will end six (6) months from the date of your first payment.
1.2 Lifetime Access Materials
You will also receive lifetime access to the following bonus resources:
- The Song Vault
- Ear Training Essentials
- VIP Backstage Pass to Maya’s Qanun & Maqam Collection
- Qanun A to Z Care Guide
- Lifetime Access to the Qanun Mastery Learning Library (pre-recorded courses and video trainings)
“Lifetime” refers to the lifetime of the program—meaning for as long as these materials are actively supported and maintained by Maya. Maya reserves the right to update, evolve, or retire certain content with reasonable notice.
1.3 Fees & Payment Terms
Your investment in Qanun Mastery Academy is:
- £4,000 GBP – Pay in full
- 6 monthly payments of £850 GBP
- 10 monthly payments of £550 GBP
By enrolling, you agree to pay the full program fee in one of the above formats. You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments, regardless of how much of the program you choose to engage with.
Missed or delayed payments may result in temporary suspension of access until your account is current. If you're experiencing difficulties, you’re encouraged to reach out—Maya believes in working with people, not against them.
2. Your Responsibility as a Student
Qanun Mastery is not a passive course—it’s a structured mentorship designed to help you grow. While Maya provides comprehensive guidance and personalized feedback, your results rely on your active participation.
By enrolling, you agree to:
- Engage with the course materials and attend or catch up on live Q&As
- Submit videos or questions when you need support
- Take full responsibility for your practice and progress
- Communicate respectfully with Maya and fellow students
Maya will walk with you—but she will not carry you. Your consistency, effort, and openness are key to your growth.
3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All content shared within Qanun Mastery Academy—including videos, PDFs, frameworks, scores, diagrams, recordings, and feedback—is the intellectual property of Maya Youssef.
By joining, you agree:
- To use the materials for your personal learning only
- Not to share, teach, copy, upload, distribute, or resell any program content—whether free or paid
- Not to incorporate Maya’s frameworks or teachings into your own materials, workshops, or teaching without written permission
Any misuse of program content will result in removal from the program and may lead to legal action.
4. Refunds and Payment Policy
Qanun Mastery Academy includes a 7-day money-back guarantee to ensure it’s the right fit.
To be eligible for a refund, you must:
- Attend at least one live group Q&A session
- Submit at least one question or video for feedback
If, after doing so, you feel the program is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment.
After this period:
- No refunds will be issued for any reason
- If you are on a payment plan, you are still responsible for completing all scheduled payments
- Failure to pay may result in suspended access to the program until payment is made current
5. Community Guidelines
Qanun Mastery Academy is a safe, respectful, and encouraging space. By enrolling, you agree to uphold this environment.
You agree to:
- Treat all students with kindness, respect, and confidentiality
- Avoid any judgment, criticism, or unsolicited feedback toward others
- Not promote your own services or content to members
- Respect the privacy of the group and what is shared
Maya reserves the right to remove any participant who behaves inappropriately or causes harm to the community—without refund.
6. Results Disclaimer
This program has helped hundreds of qanunists achieve extraordinary growth in a matter of months—but results are not guaranteed
By enrolling, you acknowledge:
- Your progress depends on your own consistency, application, and willingness to practice
- Maya will provide a complete support system, but cannot and does not promise specific outcomes
- Testimonials are shared to inspire, not to promise identical results
- You will not hold Maya responsible for your results or lack thereof
7. Legal Safeguards
By enrolling, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Maya Youssef and her team from any claim, loss, or liability arising from your participation.
You also understand:
- The Program does not provide medical, financial, or legal advice
- You are responsible for all decisions made based on your experience
- Maya is not liable for the actions or conduct of other participants
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in those courts.
9. Agreement
By submitting payment and joining the Program, you confirm that you:
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions
- Are voluntarily enrolling in the Program
- Accept full responsibility for your learning, participation, and payment obligations
- No change to the structure, timeline or components of the Qanun Mastery program will be accepted under any circumstances.
